Let me take you on a journey of discovering all the aspects implied in a solid approach
in working from life.
The human body is very complex and requires a step by step method of finding its gesture, movement, and highly organized structures. In addition we need to study how light falls on the subject and reveals its beautiful harmonious entity of organic forms. Daunting but not impossible if you learn how to look at the model, thus overcoming many preconceived symbolic ideas.

We work with pencil or conté crayon in drawing, with charcoal and oils in painting. The painting
technique is “alla prima”, wet into wet” paint.
All levels of experience are welcome. The emphasis of the course is on individual coaching
with occasional mini demos as the need arises.
